I have a passion behind me to get even with the one person who ruined my life. I'm quiet, but I'm deadly, and if I'm going to strike you'll never know it!

History
Witch persecutions were heavy back in the 16th century in Scotland and Ireland. With different decrees being made against them making hunting them down. The persecutions were mainly in the lowlands so my ancestors living in the highlands were in the height of them. Being up high in the highlands and in the middle of nowhere the covenant was mostly safe. Still when they came closer to them they up and decided to make their way to Ireland. Getting there they quickly discovered it was no better so they set sail to the America they had heard so much about.
Our ancestors came over on the Mayflower landing at Plymouth Harbor on December 16, 1620. Being what they were of course they didn’t stay there, and they bought covered wagons and horses and carried on into the unknown. They didn’t stop until they reached where Kansas is now. Stories passed down through the generations are that they were looking for land like the highlands in Scotland. It took them a few months, and it was hilly land. Not what they were used to, but the land would be good to grow on.
So they set down roots in what they named Dark Haven Kansas. They soon made friends with the native americans who lived there. Even a few of them married into the local tribe so that we carry the blood of them as well as our immigrant ancestors. I guess the rest you could say is history.
The Covenant built what is known as Legacy Ranch in Dark Haven Kansas. What the covenant was called before I’m not for sure, but they became known as the Dark Haven Covenant in the supernatural world. Sure there were non magical people who lived in Dark Haven, and they had no clue about the covenant or other supernatural beings lived here. My uncle Machen’s mother was a werewolf so he’s half werewolf. So are a few others in our covenant. I have yet to meet a vampire yet, but I’ve heard that they are out there in the world.
It was September 1st that I was born on the ranch. My father was a workaholic that ran an oil business, and was hardly ever around. My mother on the other hand was a beautiful woman who wore her heart on her sleeve for my older brother and I. My earliest memories of her are her singing Irish lullabies to my brother and I while we played on the floor with our trucks and cars rolling across the floor by themselves and making noise. Things were great and even more perfect with our father was actually home. Those moments were far between and not often.
When I was six we went on a trip, my mother, brother and I. The beach house was broken into by some men looking for my father. I had hidden behind a false panel in the wall, but my brother and mom hadn't been able to make it. While I watched in horror through the slats in the vent they were tortured and killed by the men. I was frozen in shock as I couldn't take my eyes off of their bodies. The men searched the house for me, but never found me. My father did hours later having been alerted by neighbors that they had heard screaming from our house.
It was months before I ever said a word or even broke down. My father had taken me back to the ranch with him. He hadn't left me alone since the day of the murders. Unless he had to, and then he left me with the other mothers of the covenant. I couldn't find him one day, and found him at the barn. The father's had visitors, and I saw the men responsible. I pulled on my dad's sleeve and motioned him down. He gave me a weird look probably since I hadn't talked since that day. He leaned down to me and I whispered to him and pointed at the men. I had never seen the look on my dad's face that crossed it when I told him, and he looked at them.
Moments later the four men lay dead and the other fathers were holding him back thinking he was crazy. Till I walked over and kicked one of them, and yelled at him. "THAT'S FOR MY MOM!" I kicked the other one responsible for my brother's death. "THAT'S FOR ALEX!" I broke down then sobbing, and the others let go of my dad who came and held me in his arms. Things settled down after that and we stayed on the ranch. I usually stayed quiet and in the background. Nobody knew what I was really thinking. Dad was always there if I needed him now. He was way more protective of me after what happened.
Life went on, I stayed within my own covenant for friendship. It wasn't till high school that I started to be interested in girls. I went out for sports with my friends, and had fun with them, but there was one thing missing. Especially when they all started hooking up. I had a few dates but they were all awkward, and things just didn't work out. I finally gave up. It wasn't until my sophomore year that there was a new girl in school. I thought she was beautiful. Finally I worked up the nerve to ask her out, and to my shock she said yes. I took her out to eat at the Italian restaurant on main street. After that we took in the new show at the theater.
Our next date I took her out for ice cream after the last football game. I realized I was falling in love. Her name was Mafalda, and she was everything a guy could want! I found out that she had power a few weeks later, and I was in heaven. Someone I could share my secret with. I took her to the ranch and showed her around introducing her to my dad and the other parents. My dad loved her and welcomed her like she was family.
A few years later she did become family, and we had five awesome ids. Two girls and three boys. They became my world. A couple of years ago my world was shattered when my father was killed in a car wreck on his way home from the office. I had left early that day as the boys had a game. It wasn't till after the game, and we were home that I noticed my father wasn't home yet. When he didn't answer I headed to the door to go find him when there was a knock at the door. Michael beat me to the door opening it, and when I got there I heard the cops asking for me. Michael had looked at me with a frown. I collapsed when I was told not wanting to believe it. Mafalda and the covenant were all there for me during that horrible time.
I inherited the oil business from him, and other thing. All I really wanted was my father back though. Time went by, and it got easier, but I never fully got over it. Just like I hadn't the murder of my mother and brother. Years passed and my children got older, but I made sure I was there for them each and every day. I wasn't that good of a guy, but wasn't totally a bad guy. I was like my friends and like right in the middle.
So everything was going well. We had a bonfire and shot off fireworks as the countdown ended on New Years Eve. Only the ground started to shake and I had no idea what happened next. When I woke up we were still on the ranch, but one of the boys had gone up on the hill that overlooked Dark Haven, and called us all up. To our shock the Dark Haven as we knew it was gone, and other buildings had appeared as if taking over our town. What was going on we had no idea, but our parents planned on heading to town to find out just where those buildings and people we could see had come from.

Jordan was grinning, and he started to say something, but got a weird look on his face as he was definitely thinking now. Images of the food were coming to mind, but he couldn’t for the life of him think of the names of the establishments the food was at. Now that he thought about it parts of it were blurry, but for the memory of the food and how it tasted. Thinking some more he let out a laugh. “Now that I think about it I can tell you the foods, but not the places.” He smirked as he chuckled a little more. “Cause we usually hit them after our pub run even though we eat a bunch while at the pub.” He was trying to piece together where they went after their pub run. He knew his wallet was usually empty the mornings after. The bar tab was only paid once a month so it hadn’t all been spent there either. “Well there is a Shepherd's pie to die for, at one of the places. Another has some excellent Applewood smoked BBQ Ribs. Oh there’s the lemon-herbed chicken that seems to melt in your mouth. There’s a sticky toffee pudding somewhere too that blows your mind.” He stopped to think some more about the food. “Josh always gets the steak and Kidney pie somewhere that’s in a bread bowl. I hate the kidney part though.” He admitted, but if it was something she liked. “Oh there’s Cornish pasties that are awesome, uhh somewhere too.” He furrowed his brow knowing they had to be here in Diagon Alley somewhere. He knew if he looked he’d recognize the place, but he still couldn’t think of the names of the places. “Hey you should join us for a pub night sometimes! Almost every one there is a Quidditch player or in the business of Quidditch. It’s not very well known in the community though to be honest. It’s been around for years though, cause my dad and his buddies used to hang out there. He’s the one who told us about it.” He grinned at her.
Jordan laughed hearing her and shook his head. He had more than his share of Quidditch things. He didn’t think he had better admit that though. Especially when he kept adding to it. Though the place where he and his brothers lived was more than big enough for it. Their friends were always crashing at their place. “Never know when something new might come in handy.” Was all he said to that. He grinned widely at her. “No definitely no lover. The youngest of the Matheson’s. Drew and Angel. Angel has her own Quidditch gear and clothes, but ours just seem to disappear and show up later with her either carrying it or wearing it. Since that’s been happening since she was little we are used to it now, and just replace it.” He shrugged since it was nothing new to him, and would probably still be happening when they were old and gray. “She’s not spoiled either. She works for what she gets the same as us boys. If she’s not thinking about Quidditch she has animals flocking to her.” He knew that could get a little overwhelming at times. He pointed over at the bookshelf in the far corner when she asked about the books. “There’s a whole section of books over there.” He grinned at her wondering if she had a one track mind when she came in here. He definitely didn’t. “Or you could come over and check out our library, and borrow some books.” He offered. He could spend hours in this store, and go back looking again seeing something he had missed the first time. Which sometimes wasn’t a good thing cause if it was something cool he’d pick it up for his siblings too. With how much he picked up he had bags full which was hard to get home then. Trying to apparate with that much stuff was unbearable. After losing some of his stuff one time he started taking the knight bus home.
“Follow me darling.” Jordan grinned when she asked about the gloves. He led her over to the gear section and pointed out the display of gloves that they had that was pretty impressive of the new brand Ollie’s Gloves. There were practically every color you could imagine there. “Ollie is a friend of mine. When he comes up with something new he has me and some others try his stuff out. After I try them out if they're good then I send whatever it is to Angel to try out at Hogwarts. If it’s not ready I let Ollie know for sure, and he works on it till he perfects it.” He explained to her. Sometimes it was a lot of fun trying out whatever Ollie came out. Other times it was disastrous. His brother Gregory had ended up at St Mungo's after one of those incidents. His mother had sent him more than one angry howler over that one. What was great was she had sent them to Ollie too telling him he better get his head on straight! “What’s awesome about these gloves too is that they come in one size, but they form to your hands after you put them on. So they are perfect then!” He said handing his items he had picked up to the clerk who came over to take them from him so he could pick up more if he wanted to. He hadn’t even noticed the girl checking him out and giving him a come hither smile.
