Full Personality: •
Some say I'm eccentric. Others call me that old crazy cat lady. Then there's those that just think of me as that poor old maid! Well there all full of batshit! In some ways they are right, but they don't know the real me! The one that is full of life and loves to live it! My nickname is Sassy but it fits me in more ways than shortening my name. I can be the life of the party, then the one to make your world come crashing down if the situation calls for it. I protect what is mine! I speak my mind even if it will hurt your feelings. I feel it's better to be honest than lie about something! I know more than most as well as my sister of the going ons here in the village of Agawam. I am not a gossip though so if I do discuss it it's only with my sister Sera. Not off whispering it into the other old biddies in town. I can be pleasant and have a good conversation with the next person. Just don't push my buttons. I will put you in your place!

History
The Bell Family migrated here not long after the town was founded. My great something grandfather built the building Bell, Book, and Candle is in. He loved what he did and it shows in the workmanship in the building and what he sold in his store. It has passed down generation to generation in the Bell Family keeping alive what he started all those years ago.
I was the first born to Stanton and Sapphire Bell. The eldest of three children. There wasn't a day that went by that my father didn't tell us that we were the joy of his life, and that he loved us. He did come from a large family, and the Bell name is carried on. My mother nicknamed me Sassy Mae shortly after I was born as she said even as a baby I was more than Sassy! Which just got worse the older I got.
In our family magic was a constant so no telling when our first taste of magic was. It just was, and we carried on our magical lifes. My childhood was a loving and happy one. Sure there was as few ups and downs, but no real heartache until we grew older. Our parents loved and sheltered us. Our grandparents passed and we learned some as we came into our teenage years. Though we were still sheltered from the real heartache.
Mom used to tell us stories of her high school days as well as our father. It seemed like a dream back then getting to go there. Only my dreams got crushed some as I had to study and go to classes. Still though that fairytale came alive in other ways for me. My first beau was Alistair Larson. He was two years younger than I was, but I fell deeply in love with his suave ways. Only for him to go off to England when he was sixteen on a school trip and fall in love with someone else. I had graduated by that time and was eagerly awaiting for him to come home to me. When he got back he didn't even come to see me. When I finally saw him he was so lovesick over having to leave the hussy whoever she was back in England!
That was my first broken heart. I became a scorned woman after that. Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned' means that nothing in the world – or even beyond the world, such as in the depths of hell – is as furious and capable of great anger as a woman who has been 'scorned' was the old saying. I tried to get even with Alistair, but nothing I did even phased him.
Life went on and of course there were other boys or men as they had become after that, but no one was like Alistair had been. Not till the day I met him. Tall, dark, and handsome. He made me weak in the knees, and butterflies swirl in my stomach like no other. He was an enigma. No one knew anything about him or where he had came from. That really sparked my interest. One that I noticed was returned from him. The night of the annual Dark Haven All Hallow's Eve Ball was the best and worst night of my life. I was already thirty years old now. Considered to be an old maid, but I still had my looks. I spent the night with him under a blanket of stars. When I awoke the next morning he was gone. Like he had never been there. I realized I had never even gotten his name, and that really didn't bother me. I was more pissed cause he was gone.
All that was forgotten when I got home to a full house with my sister and brother sobbing. Others were crying. There had been a carriage accident the night before after the ball. Somehow my father had lost control of the horse pulling the buggy. It had overturned and my parents had died from the result of their injuries. it felt like the life had been sucked out of me. I had fainted, and woke in my bed hours later. When the devastation had hit me I sobbed like a baby. My sister had heard me and came joining me and we curled together on my bed sobbing. The days that followed were a blur. Ones that I never wanted to remember either. I had looked for my star-crossed lover days later too, but I was told he had left town. I was heartbroken that he had just left me like that. It was getting harder to trust any man.
A few months later I realized I was pregnant much to my shock. There was too much turmoil going on in my life right now. Still mourning my parents. I had to get away. I packed my bags and told my family I was going on a trip to clear my head. That trip turned into almost a year. Sure I kept in touch with my family. My siblings were more than capable of running Bell Book and Candle our family store without me though. I found a tiny little magical village on the coast of Oregon and started a life there while I was pregnant. I lied for the only time in my life and told them my husband had died. That I was a widower so I was accepted. I was too far along by now to continue traveling anywhere. Just a couple of months I told myself.
Well that two months was horrible with being so big. I felt like a beached whale everytime I tried to get up out of a chair. I had to have help. I was living in a boarding house run by a young couple who weren't able to have children. I went into labor a couple of weeks early. To my shock and the midwives I had twin boys. Two beautiful baby boys. One had dark black hair while the other had my auburn color of hair. Otherwise they were identical. A few weeks went by and they had yet to be named. I loved those baby boys, but I couldn't have a life with them. I couldn't take them back to Dark Haven. My sister in law had been trying for years to have a child and was unable to. It crossed my mind to give them to her to raise, but in my heart I knew they already had a home. A home here with Matilda and Samuel. They already loved my boys and were pushing me to name them.
In the end I told them my true story. I gave my boys to them to raise. As long as I could still somewhat be a part of their lives as Aunt Sassy. That they would be their parents and raise them. In the end they promised to love my precious baby boys and make sure I was known to them the way that I wanted. They gave them names that I loved. They were about four months old when I received word that my sister Seraphina was sick. So I went home to help take care of her. She recovered just fine though. I kept in touch with Matilda and Samuel and they sent me pictures of my babies that I hid from my sisters.
I spent most of my days working at the family store with Sera. The Bell Book and Candle. I loved it there. The scents mingling in the air enjoying the people coming in to buy things. I found it hard to get to Oregon to see the twins. I sent them presents on their birthday and at Christmas. Matilda was still keeping me updated on them. Somedays I ponder what it would have been like to keep my babies and raise them. A part of me years to have done that, but I know they are happy and loved where they are. Not that they wouldn't have been here, but there they have a father. Albeit an adopted one, but one all the same. Would my parents have loved them too if they were alive? Boys that could have carried the Bell name on since I had no idea what their father's name was. Instead they had an adopted last name now.
When our great niece Brielle turned twenty Sera and I handed over running Bell Book and Candle solely over to her. None of the other Bell families had shown any interest in it. We are proud of that girl. She's became an author of two books and knows more than we do probably already of our store having practically grown up there. The years went on and yes I have aged. I am now sixty years old. My baby boys would be thirty-four now. I've met them a couple of times as adults as I visited their parents over the years when I could get away. They had grown into wonderful men. I couldn't be prouder of them. Though to them as a Aunt that sends them gifts. Times are changing and I don't know if that's a good or a bad thing.
With our niece Cassie marrying into the Dark Haven Covenant we live at Legacy Ranch with her now. Our brother and sister in law having passed away already. We love living there and helping with all of the other children. So everything was going well. We had a bonfire and shot off fireworks as the countdown ended on New Years Eve. Only the ground started to shake and I had no idea what happened next. When I woke up we were still on the ranch, but one of the boys had gone up on the hill that overlooked Dark Haven, and called us all up. To our shock the Dark Haven as we knew it was gone, and other buildings had appeared as if taking over our town. What was going on we had no idea, but our parents planned on heading to town to find out just where those buildings and people we could see had come from.

Jordan was grinning, and he started to say something, but got a weird look on his face as he was definitely thinking now. Images of the food were coming to mind, but he couldn’t for the life of him think of the names of the establishments the food was at. Now that he thought about it parts of it were blurry, but for the memory of the food and how it tasted. Thinking some more he let out a laugh. “Now that I think about it I can tell you the foods, but not the places.” He smirked as he chuckled a little more. “Cause we usually hit them after our pub run even though we eat a bunch while at the pub.” He was trying to piece together where they went after their pub run. He knew his wallet was usually empty the mornings after. The bar tab was only paid once a month so it hadn’t all been spent there either. “Well there is a Shepherd's pie to die for, at one of the places. Another has some excellent Applewood smoked BBQ Ribs. Oh there’s the lemon-herbed chicken that seems to melt in your mouth. There’s a sticky toffee pudding somewhere too that blows your mind.” He stopped to think some more about the food. “Josh always gets the steak and Kidney pie somewhere that’s in a bread bowl. I hate the kidney part though.” He admitted, but if it was something she liked. “Oh there’s Cornish pasties that are awesome, uhh somewhere too.” He furrowed his brow knowing they had to be here in Diagon Alley somewhere. He knew if he looked he’d recognize the place, but he still couldn’t think of the names of the places. “Hey you should join us for a pub night sometimes! Almost every one there is a Quidditch player or in the business of Quidditch. It’s not very well known in the community though to be honest. It’s been around for years though, cause my dad and his buddies used to hang out there. He’s the one who told us about it.” He grinned at her.
Jordan laughed hearing her and shook his head. He had more than his share of Quidditch things. He didn’t think he had better admit that though. Especially when he kept adding to it. Though the place where he and his brothers lived was more than big enough for it. Their friends were always crashing at their place. “Never know when something new might come in handy.” Was all he said to that. He grinned widely at her. “No definitely no lover. The youngest of the Matheson’s. Drew and Angel. Angel has her own Quidditch gear and clothes, but ours just seem to disappear and show up later with her either carrying it or wearing it. Since that’s been happening since she was little we are used to it now, and just replace it.” He shrugged since it was nothing new to him, and would probably still be happening when they were old and gray. “She’s not spoiled either. She works for what she gets the same as us boys. If she’s not thinking about Quidditch she has animals flocking to her.” He knew that could get a little overwhelming at times. He pointed over at the bookshelf in the far corner when she asked about the books. “There’s a whole section of books over there.” He grinned at her wondering if she had a one track mind when she came in here. He definitely didn’t. “Or you could come over and check out our library, and borrow some books.” He offered. He could spend hours in this store, and go back looking again seeing something he had missed the first time. Which sometimes wasn’t a good thing cause if it was something cool he’d pick it up for his siblings too. With how much he picked up he had bags full which was hard to get home then. Trying to apparate with that much stuff was unbearable. After losing some of his stuff one time he started taking the knight bus home.
“Follow me darling.” Jordan grinned when she asked about the gloves. He led her over to the gear section and pointed out the display of gloves that they had that was pretty impressive of the new brand Ollie’s Gloves. There were practically every color you could imagine there. “Ollie is a friend of mine. When he comes up with something new he has me and some others try his stuff out. After I try them out if they're good then I send whatever it is to Angel to try out at Hogwarts. If it’s not ready I let Ollie know for sure, and he works on it till he perfects it.” He explained to her. Sometimes it was a lot of fun trying out whatever Ollie came out. Other times it was disastrous. His brother Gregory had ended up at St Mungo's after one of those incidents. His mother had sent him more than one angry howler over that one. What was great was she had sent them to Ollie too telling him he better get his head on straight! “What’s awesome about these gloves too is that they come in one size, but they form to your hands after you put them on. So they are perfect then!” He said handing his items he had picked up to the clerk who came over to take them from him so he could pick up more if he wanted to. He hadn’t even noticed the girl checking him out and giving him a come hither smile.
